He did not keep original appointment. He did not phone to cancel or re-schedule. Subsequent to contacting him again, he appeared. For less than 1/2 hour of labor his fee was $175.00. BTW. The toilet continues to leak. Not recommended.

We had a frozen pipe emergency and Chris was able to come almost immediately. He unfroze the pipes and had tips for how to keep them unfrozen, which we really appreciated. Very grateful!
