We had just replace the washing machine hoses, but because of the rust that accumulated on the pipe valve, we were unable to secure the hoses properly causing a leak. Nick spotted the issue in less than 30 seconds, secured the connection and recommended a fix for annother non-emergency issue. He's a professional that I would highly recommend.
