"Hi [Member Name Removed], Thank You very much for your kind review, it is truly appreciated! Wishing you and yours all the best, The DRS Crew"
"The management at DRS regrets that we were not able to meet your expectations. DRS is consistent in our billing practices with all customers to provide fair prices. We use industry standard software which is required by insurance carriers to create estimates. This software updates its price lists on a monthly basis and adjusts according to economical standards in the industry. In regards to your concern over the cost of permits, the line item states “fees and permits” and encompassed asbestos testing, analysis, and abatement in addition to the cost of any building permits required. These fees are stated in the estimate. We apologize if this line item appears unclear, and moving forward we will work to alleviate this misinterpretation. We are professionals in the industry, certified in water, fire, and mold remediation. We only remove damaged portions of your home that are a necessity. Although some structures may appear to be in working condition, there are often times hidden dangers such as mold or asbestos which would require that certain structures such as walls and flooring be removed to save the customer from additional problems in the future. Working in the insurance repair industry each job is different and so is each insurance policy. DRS reviews with the homeowner the scope of the job before it is completed and also brings to the attention of the customer if any repairs are not covered by the homeowners insurance policy. DRS then requires a signed authorization before performing any work at a customers home. DRS prides itself on customer service and keeps the homeowner informed at each stage of the mitigation and repair process. Our management team is always open to questions, comments, or concerns. We are truly surprised by your allegations and wish we were given the opportunity to rectify this situation. We appreciate your feedback and we are always striving to improve our services. Please contact us if we can be of further assistance."
