Flowers were order for birthday delivery. (My birthday - ordered by my wife. I've seen the email confirmation and heard the customer service call.)

Flowers were ordered 1/27 for delivery at work (2701 NW Vaughn St Portland, OR on 1/31.

Flowers were not delivered.When the service number was called, they researched. They found the florist left a note (somewhere) that he was unable to deliver it that day.
Issues: Order not delivered as agreed to. No notification that delivery would be / might be missed. Rude customer service.Asked for refund and free delivery the next day.  After a long wait (talking to supervisor) was offered half price delivery the next day.Customer service person was rude - not our fault etc. Asked to speak to supervisor. Was told it would take a long time.  We asked for the refund and discontinued the call, had a birthday dinner to get to.

Only positive - payment was refunded as expected.

We used Florist Express because of a coupon.  We will stick with ProFlowers next time. They have nearly always done a good job and have gone out of their way to fix things when there have been any issues.

Subject: Fw: Florist Express Online Order #82095395 My sister did NOT get what I ordered.  See the picture below. I ordered the item shown: an azalea with a hummingbird feeder.She got the azalea    WITHOUT THE HUMMINGBIRD FEEDER.I did NOT check the box that gave permission for you to deliver something else.Please deliver the rest of my order or reimburse the whole thing before I write my review of your company in Angie's List.Please confirm the delivery. You are a valued customer and we would like to resolve this issue for you. Unfortunately, our affiliates in the area are currently sold out of the hummingbird feeder. Therefore, we would like to offer you 20% off the product.  We have also informed the delivering florist of the complaint, and they asked that we extend their apologies to you as well. The experience went really good. I just ordered them & the person I sent them to got them on time. I had a good experience with ordering them but I did not see the actual flowers. I would use them again in the future.

I have gotten flowers from them and have seen the quality of flowers that are sent. I have called them and they are helpful and responsive. They will get on line with you to help you and they have on line coupons.
