The work was completed professionally, but the price was much higher than expected. During the initial consult, it sounded like it was a sub-$100 job. When speaking on the phone a day prior to the work, the employee explained that it made sense to replace some rectangular ductwork with the new duct since I had to pay for a specified amount of it anyway (I'd be paying for materials that would be tossed). I asked to be notified if the cost was to exceed $200. The final bill? $375(ish) including a $90 materials cost. Oof. I feel as though the work was completed adequately and professionally, but wish there had been greater transparency regarding the cost. If I use them in the future, I'll request a thorough cost breakdown.
Description of Work: A section of duct in the garage was updated from soft duct to metal.
