Sent them an email the night (Sunday night) before, with my dryer problem. They called just before 9AM on Monday morning and said they would be there between 10AM and 12 Noon. They showed up at 10:15AM and started work. They found the problem (blown bearing) had pre-selected the correct part and had it with them and they were on the way down the driveway by 10:50AM. The dryer is working great. House call is $95.00 plus parts and additional labor (if any).
