She has strong relationships with builders and can handle real estate matters with utmost confidentially. She also has contacts like lawyers who can help buyers and sellers and knows about properties before they come on the market. Peggy is very personable, patient and supportive and has high ethical standards.
Description of Work: Peggy Jay helped us sell our house to a builder who was interested in buildable land at an in-town location. Our terms were very restrictive and she worked closely with us, even after the sale was closed and we moved out of town. Peggy helped us obtain the best price and selling terms available.
