All I can say is Wow and thank you. Now I know why all the reviews are positive. Most professional person Iâ ve ever dealt with. Came when he said he would, fixed the problem and the cost was much less than I ever expected. Will be recommending him to all my friends, and if anyone needs any hvac service, just stop looking and call Dorsey, youâ ll be happy you did. Thanks again Dorsey.

Three months after I bought my new home, the A/C stopped working. I was new to the State and City so I did not have any resources. I researched online for an A/C company and found Cupe Mechanical HVAC. Dorsey immediately answered my call which surprised me, because I thought I would have had to leave a message. He came to my home the next day. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and honest. The A/C which was very old, died. Dorsey promptly and efficiently installed a new A/C, which is much better than the old one. He cautioned me that the Furnace was very old too and needed to be replaced. He saw the distress on my face and reassuringly said that I did not have to do it immediately. One year later, the A/C stopped working on a very hot day. I called Dorsey, who again answered my call and even though he was busy, said he will come over and see what was wrong. He arrived with his calm and reassuring demeanor. He explained that the Blower Motor in the Furnace had died. He quickly and efficiently replaced it, at a low cost. My A/C is once more working perfectly. I am so very grateful to Dorsey (Cupe Mechanical HVAC) and would highly recommend him to anyone.
