The conversation did not go good with the owner Tanya, as she told me there is nothing she can do. That it wasn't her problem because according to my husband from a previous call he told them he called the technician directly which is false. When I said the employee was fired she told me that is false and that he left, but the technician that came in January of 2015 told me he was fired when I complained to him how rude of a technician he was when he came the two previous times. Tonya proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do and I said that's fine I can call the BBB and she hung up on me. I called back to order the blower and scheduled installation. The front desk person, Laurie said well my boss told me you were calling the BBB so I don't understand why you want to order. I said that I needed it fixed, they installed the system. She put me on hold and Tonya came on yelling at me that she doesn't appreciate the way I was and that she doesn't understand why I need their services. I told her there was no need to yell or argue, I would order the parts and pay the service and chuck it up as a loss. She then proceeded to tell me to go elsewhere and hung up on me again. As a customer was I mad yes because I wasted $125.00, was it completely the companies fault, no, but they had a faulty worker there and I cannot be the only one that had the same issue. The way Tonya responded as a business owner was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I called back and spoke with Laurie to ask her what the blower name was or manufacturer name or number so I could order elsewhere and she proceeded to tell me to google it and basically look it up myself. The technician in 2011, and 2014 is a reflection of their company and the fact that Tonya and her office worker Laurie spoke it is extremely unprofessional.
Description of Work: Installed water mitigation system in 2011. Approx. 6 months after installation water system overflowed and flooded basement. Technician came out cleaned the parts and said it was good. In 2014 the water system overflowed again and flooded basement. Same technician came after call didn't state any parts needed to be replaced, told to leave on bypass. In 2015 started process to sell house had a technician come out, a different one came which stated a new blower needed to be installed. Said that it should of been done before and previous technician should have noticed. Each service call/fee is $125.00. Technician said we could leave on bypass until we have $ to fix. Called July to have it fixed due to offer on house and asked front desk personnel to check with management to see if we could get the next service fee waived or a discount since the 2014 service fee was a waste since technician didn't provide the correct details of what needed to be fixed. Was told there was nothing they could do because the 2014 call/service isn't in the system. From my understanding the technician from 2014 was fired.

US Radon Management Inc was the only one who came in to do our basement. It has so many different levels that people wanted to dig quarries in the perimeter, it was awful! We couldn't get the right answer. This guy usually does schools and commercial properties, but he came in and he set it up for us without a lot of digging up all the concrete down there. It seems to be working fine.
Description of Work: US Radon Management Inc installed the radon mitigation for us.
