Litchfield County Mechanical

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Litchfield County Mechanical's work.  It's a small company, so John (the owner) does the work himself, along with an assistant/apprentice.  John is many things: friendly, professional, accommodating, organized, prepared, clean, neat, communicative, responsible, assuring, flexible, knowledgeable, physically & professionally capable.  He listened to and accommodated any issues/concerns I had.
John made it easy to understand what to expect in terms of a time-line, and what preparations I had to make in advance (in terms of making space available, etc.).  His work was well organized.  Throughout the entire process they were very clean & neat.  His work was impeccable.  And the end result - a fully functional, problem-free new high-efficiency furnace.  I would use LCM again without hesitation.  One of the best professionals (if not the best) I've ever dealt with.

John is the best contractor I have ever used. He is professional, friendly, and trustworthy. He installed a complete central air system (including all of the duct work) in our split level home. He delivered exactly as promised. I will be using him for all of my AC and heating needs as long as he is in business.

It was covered by the warranty. They were very reliable and responsive. They came over immediately as soon as I called. They were here within 45 minutes when my air conditioner was not working. It was in 90-degree heat so that was important. They were definitely responsive and I would definitely use them again.
