AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! Do not TRUST or USE! We initially loved Kevin's creativity. Made beautiful design plans and we were excited about the project. Initially we were given a timeframe of November start. November came and went with 10% of the work being done. After initial down payment, Kevin asked for $13,000 more dollars, which we gave. We then did not hear from Kevin for a month. After several calls without response, we were told weather problems, etc which were somewhat understandable. Kevin then moved our pool equipment and re-routed the pipes NOT within code, did tree work and dug into our septic system, ripped out the in-ground sprinkler system and didn't replace, left 50% of the current plantings not transplanted so they died, refused responsibility for any damage done, put in a water feature that did not work (and still doesn't!) tried to work on the side with the company that does the pool work - even knew that the pool heater was shot, but had us pay for moving it anyway (after Kevin finally upset the pool people so much that they now will not work with him, they let us know the details), ripped out a zipline and did not replace and after clearing the land for grass (which still hasn't grown- it's now mid July) left all of the rocks and debris from clearing the land to the side and refused to remove - said it looked 'natural'. It looked awful! We just paid another contractor to clear what Kevin did. We also had to pay an electrician to re work the non-code electrical work. If you have time for lunch I can go on! But never, ever, use Landmasters. You will be sorry!
