Svc call on 05/05/09 Kenneth said that we needed to replace the thermostat - so...... no word from him on 05/11/09 called him again - he said he had to order the part from Rhode Island (whatever that meant) for a TRUE floral case. On 05/13/09 called again because we are now losing flowers and he still doesn't have the part and don't know when he would be getting it. I am sorry, I just don't believe a thermostat takes more than a week to get.

Ken won our job with the best equipment, explanations, and price against 3 other contractors. We choose a Buderus system w/indirect DHW. The install was done in one day as Ken stated in our contract.The system is operating perfectly and it is great to have unlimited hot water for our family. After doing a beautiful install, Ken and brother Chris were on their hands and knees cleaning our basement floor. Top notch all the way! Great company, great people.

Ken was great. Came out on one of the hottest days so far to temporarily fix my old air unit, and knocked that charge off of the price of the replacement when the time came. Estimate was very fair and no hidden fees when the project was completed. I looked at several companies to do the central A/C replacement and I am glad I chose County Wide. I plan on making some plumbing improvements in the future and will be calling Ken to perform the work.

On a Sunday Night - our furnace broke, it was 23 degrees . I filled out a quick online questionnaire from servicemagice, and within MINUTES County Wide called us - and within the hour they were on their way! I had my husband call them again before they came, fearing an emergency fee we couldn't afford - but they didn't overcharge us at all, their price was really fair and I was so relieved. They had the part we needed, came in, very FAST, very PROFESSIONAL and we are so impressed we will tell everyone we know!!! County Wide sets the bar for all the other repair services!

County Wide was quick to respond to my request, on-time, polite and professional. A service contract was provided for review - no pressure. I would definitely recommend County Wide, having dealt with a wide variety of service companies which I definitely would not recommend.

Ken was a great guy, very professional and helpful. Returned calls quickly and took the time to teach me how to clean the filter by myself.
