Completely satisfied with everything about the job and the people. Ken was great and the work was fast and neat. They emptied and took away my old oil tank and put in the new gas furnace and water heater in one day. Cleanup was great and their customer service is top notch.

Kevin from County Wide arrived just a few minutes past the scheduled time. He diagnosed the problem with my furnace and made a call to order the part. He told me he would call me in the afternoon and return with a new part. By mid afternoon he called and said he would be back within the hour to install the new part. He came and installed the new part and the furnace is working fine.

County Wide was able to come out same day and look at my AC issue. It was slightly more expensive than my regular place, but then again my regular place was not available the day I needed them.

It is a pleasure doing business with a company that actually delivers on what they promise. They provided state of the are equipment at a great price. The installation crew arrived on time, were polite, and did a professional installation job. They removed the old equipment and left the work area spotless. The equipment is working great! I highly recommend this company. They provide great customer service, value and are experts in their field.

The technician CountryWide sent out to us was very professional, knowledgeable, and he did a great job of saving our aging AC system. It works 10 times as well it did before he worked on it. Thanks CountryWide!!
