Had to have shut off valves installed in two bathrooms. The house we bought is an older house and shut of valves did not work properly. They were very responsive called and texted me with updates. The work done was great, the guy cleaned up after himself. They were not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Listened to my needs and gave me honest evaluation. Would recommend and use them again.

I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Southern Fairfield County. Augie and his team did a great job in a messy situation...the water main from the street to our house sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. From my initial phone call they were very responsive--I received a callback in minutes, and the owner (Augie) was on-site to do an estimate very quickly. The estimate was written on the spot and emailed to us. Augie and his guys were professional and knowledgeable. The cost was reasonable and completed within the estimated budget. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I need plumbing work done.

Very professional, just not thrilled with the fix. It's not leaking and that's the most important part, but according to plumber, he wasn't able to get an exact replacement so now the handle wiggles and feels like it's going to fall off. When I pointed it out, he said that's the best he could do. UPDATE: I called their customer service and they sent another plumber out to see what the original plumber did. He fixed the problem, and I'm satisfied. It no longer wiggles. Sorry that it took two tries...

We hired Mr. Rooter to connect our home to town sewer system. He responded quickly after I submitted a request through Home Advisor. He was on time, and completed the job in an efficient amount of time. After completing the installation, the yard was leveled, reseeded and bushes replanted. The price quoted was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done and he stayed within the quote. I highly recommend him.

The company promptly called me after I submitted a request through Home Advisor and set up an appointment that day. The serviceman called before he arrived and was friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly and the transaction was smooth overall. A bit expensive but not outside what I would expect for this area or from any other company.

The office staff was polite, friendly and efficient. The owner August Wildman was at the door within an hour. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He prepared a written estimate on site and emailed me his quote as we spoke. He promptly responded to phone calls answering honestly to all follow up questions and options. Once hired the work was done within a day. The crew was more than competent, courteous and respectful to my property. The owner was present during the job and kept me fully apprised as the worked progressed. I would hire them again.

They fixed a leaky kitchen faucet.

The owner personally handled our issue, calling ahead to talk through some options and possible pricing, and was on-time for the appt the next morning. He was honest and upfront about the problem, making sure I understood what was necessary to fix it. He did initial work to confirm what needs to be done, and was not an "alarmist" at all. The person who set up the appointment was courteous and friendly, and the overall service was top-notch. Definitely would recommend, and will be using them for service again in the future.

Excellent after hours response! Roberto was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly... The estimate to correct the problem which was priced for 2 men for a day + material, was actually completed in half a day (but for the full price)!
