$650 (minus a $25 coupon). Another company was $2600! Initial installation looked fine except hex head screws protrude. Ask if pan head screws are available. But on first really rainy day water was weeping through the motor into cellar. Old door never leaked in 20 years. Called. He said mortar weeps and that I needed hydraulic cement (why didn't he use that in initial installation then?). Came out promptly and also said some of the caulking was washed out and that his contract said you must keep it covered with a tarp until it is painted. Contract actually says to tarp if rain is expected immediately. Rain came 2 or three days after installation. After a couple good downpours, no leaks. But hydraulic cement is best when it expands between foundation and door. Not sure if it will hold up over time being plastered over mortar. Can't give an A for a job requiring callback. Would be a B if I was confident in the cement patch. Get hydraulic cement and you could have an A job.

THEY GAVE AS A TIMEFRAME AND WERE ABLE TO FINISH WITHIN IT. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE MESS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS REALLY GOOD.
