We obtained quotes from three contractors. P&L was not the least expensive but we felt they would be the best to work with. We were not disappointed. From the start I felt I was dealing with a family business with a reputation to uphold. They were willing to deal with some special considerations such as replacing some rotted boots, chimney cap, etc. They were flexible to our needs. Due to the wet spring the start date was understandably delayed by several weeks but once they started it required only 4 days. Given the significant investment we observed what they were doing while they were here and were impressed with the quality and professionalism of their work. In fact, with all the tarps and debris removal it was hard to tell that they were even here. That is impressive given all of our flowers and surrounding bushes. We can report no leaks after this week's heavy rains. However, I was not expecting any. I will definitely hire this contractor for future work that we may require.

He got back to me quickly with a quote. They cleaned up after themselves. In general, they were easy to deal with and got the job done quickly.
