Excellent work by his crew. He gave me a timeline and estimate and stuck to it. In fact, he finished early. Every day the crew would clean up and make it look like they were never there. James came all the time and kept me up to date on the progress of my 2 projects.

He came back out with the contract and went over everything again which was also listed in the contract. They completed the job in 1 day. James is the bomb! EXCELLENT work quality, his crew is amazing and super friendly. I couldn't be happier. Even after months of dragging it on waiting for a refi to come through, he still honored his original quote. James prioritized my needs. I had a hole in the roof from a fallen tree. He provided the legal time for me to reconsider, then tackled the job before it rained. He met with me at a time convenient for me and explained the estimate in great detail. When an unanticipated problem was discovered at the base of the chimney, he texted me pictures of the damage and we collaborated on next steps. The new roof was completed in a day and James texted rooftop pictures of the finished product. The clean up was incredible. He used a magnet to clean up every last stray nail. I will highly recommend this business to everyone!

Jim and crew were very professional and the job was completed on time. When Jim came out to look at the job he went up on the roof to measure and check for possible problems. He discovered a problem with my chimney, took photos to show me, and arranged to have a mason make the repair before starting the roofing work. I'd use him again.

James and his crew did a great job, stripping 2 layers and installing the new shingles. They completed the job in 2 1/2 days, as promised, and left the yard clean of all debris. I would highly recommend LaFleur Builders for any roofing project.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. After having dealt with some not so good contractors this company was a pleasant surprise. They brought their own generators which meant they didn't have to plug into my house. The job was a bit tricky due to a shared driveway and a steep roof and they got it done in 2 days. The roof is beautiful and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up. Not one of my neighbors complained about a flat tire. Very professional and knowledgeable. The estimate and the details of the job were explained to me and all my questions were answered. In a world of shady contractors who overcharge and do a crappy job these guys were a welcome change. Price was excellent and the workmanship is superior.

The work quality of James LaFleur Builders is top notch, responsive, and at an very good price. He installed a new roof, with new lead, roof vents, 4 new construction windows, plus he put up aluminum trim on garage and house trim (which he added for free). Superb work. Recommend him to anyone. Excellent customer service, too!

Very fast and professional. They did a great job.

They are a family company and were very good about covering my flower beds and patio furniture. They were very efficient, getting to my house early, i.e. before the time they told me to expect them, and leaving after 5 pm. They did not get a 5 on quality because there was some waste and nails left on the ground after they left. However, the swept the driveway thoroughly so ther were no nails there. I think they are pretty good value for the money and I also think that prices are higher because I live in Mystic.

Customer service was the best.
