From start to finish my experience with James Lafleur was exceptional. when meeting me he was on time and professional. Looked over what needed to be done and called/emailed me back with an estimate. When I finial decided to hire him he called me back within the hour. We set up another meeting and proceeded to make a date for my roof to be done. He and his team were on time and completed the job in less time than they thought it might take. He left my home as clean if not cleaner then he found it. I would recommend him to anyone that needed work done. His prices are the lowest and his work was the highest of standards.

Jim Lafleur did an out standing job.he was there on the job on time wiyh the weather permitting .His job estimate was excellent,he was honest, he and his men worked very clean.I will recommened him for any prodject there is in the building trade.

I appreciated the fact that he arrived when he stated he would but also if needed to reschedule ( because things do happen) he called to talk with me. James called within a few hours of submitting my request to ServiceMagic. He showed up promptly the next day to inspect the roof and provided a written estimate later that evening. James was punctual for each scheduled meeting. His crew was also punctual, neat and got the job completed in the time frame James provided. The new roof looks great!!! I am very happy with the results and would recommend James to my friends.

As a general contractor I feel that I am in a position to rate subcontractors with a more experienced eye than homeowners. This contractor started the job on time, executed the work professionally, there where no change orders for missed items and they cleaned up after themselves far better than most. We had one minor problem but the owner was quick to respond.

They made a contract and held up their end of it. Everything was completed in a timely fashion. They are so very polite and considerate, thorough and they take pride in their work. My yard was cleaned up as if they weren't there, my house has a beautiful roof on it! I think I'll smile for a long time whenever I pull into the driveway! James came the same day that I called to look at my roof. While looking at it he filled some holes free of charge. Provided me with very reasonable estimates. Very happy....will call them when I need my roof replaced.
