Any homeowner hiring a roofing contractor has to expect surprises when the old shingles come off - just a matter of how much more will it cost now that my house is a convertible. I had not thought enough about that since it usually something I do every 15-20 years. That said, Frank treated us fairly when we needed to replace 40 sheets of roofing plywood. The quality of the work is excellent and they hustled to keep ahead of the weather. Flashing work also expensive but again- fair price and super workmanship and this is when you want people who know what they re doing. Crew was great, clean up was fine, materials as agreed, Frank delivered. Would recommend Elite Exteriors.
