Description of Work: Foam sealing of pipes, other attic floor gaps; additional R30 insulation; attic hatch insulation; reroute of bathroom vents from soffit to existing passive roof vents. Service was ontime, very professional, clean/neat, and could already feel the impact same day.

Description of Work: The owner was a very nice man as were his assistants and they did a very good job.. We did have a mishap. One of his assistants stepped off the joists and damaged the ceiling below. I didn't notice it for a few days but when I called the owner, he came out immediately and repaired it.

Description of Work: They were very thorough and neat. They did everything they said they would and more. They helped me get the energy audit done, which gave me some rebates, that I already have sent in. Very friendly and associates respectful too

Description of Work: Eco Energy Guard performed a detailed attic inspection on our 30 year old house to improve energy performance and minimize roof ice dams. Bill relocated ducting from bathroom exhaust fans, insulated leaky heating ducts, and added insulating covers for the whole house fan and access way. He also added 8-10 inches of blown-in insulation over the top of the existing insulation. Everything was done exactly as quoted.

Description of Work: I signed up for the special deal with the specific condition that the energy audit be scheduled after April 15th when I would be available. They completely ignored my request, called my wife and talked her into coming that day. I had many questions and got absolutely nothing out of the transaction except a one page form with check marks. A complete waste of their time and my money. I can only evaluate them based on the deal since they performed no work.

Description of Work: I was experiencing some small heat leakage from new ductwork in my attic. After some research, I found that spraying the ducts with foam insulation often will fix this. Bill came out and inspected my attic and agreed it would help. He immediately quoted me a price that we agreed to and he did the job well even though it was not easy to maneuver in my attic and it was hot. He also removed some unnecessary screening surrounding a chase to my attic fan. That will help to ventilate my attic better. Overall, I consider Bill to be hard working and trustworthy.

Description of Work: Bill advised us on adding foil insulation to keep the house warm but not the attic so we wouldn't have ice dams. We already had blown-in and other insulation present. He evened it out, put down plywood walkways so we could get to the vents and then stapled down the foil insulation covering the entire attic floor. He insulated pipes and ducts that were part of the a/c and air cleaning system. He was helpful with a brief energy audit advising us on lighting, etc. He was patient with our many questions. He cleaned up and left a great job.

Description of Work: They installed an attic cover. He called and came when he said he would. The install was quick and easy- and we are already seeing the heat difference upstairs. We would use him again.
