John was amazing. Called back within 10 minutes and was on his way (in the evening) in 20 minutes. Very professional; obviously knows his stuff and cleans everything up. A very nice guy you're comfortable with right from the start. Will definitely use again, without hesitation.

John was very prompt in replying to my inquiry, and arrived within minutes of when expected. I called for a blocked toilet drain and when he checked the other drains, he cleared the two bathroom sink drains as well, so we got more value for the money than if if he done only what was required.

John was very quick to respond. Called me right away, and even came earlier than expected (which was a life saver)! Diagnosed my issue quickly, and had my clogged main drain freed up in minutes. Even though he had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly, he took his time to be sure there were no other issues. I would absolutely recommend John to anyone who needs prompt, courteous service for a fair price. Very relieved customer.

JOHN WAS GREAT WOULD HAVE HIM HELPING ME OUT WITH MY PLUMBING CONCERNS ANYTIME.

So my septic line backed up into my downstairs bathroom. I called around myself for plumbers and found that trying to call a plumber on my own was coming up with quote that were astronomical. Finally I decided to go to Home Adviser.com with the hope that I would atleast get a competitive quote that was crazy expensive. So I sent out the call on Home Adviser at 2am in the morning and because I had already cleaned up the mess I figured that it wasn't an emergency. Not only did I get an email from John (the owner) at 2am saying that he would call at 6am but then he followed up and actually called at 6am. We went over the issue and he quoted me a very fair price. This price was a third of what I had been quoted prior when I went looking early in the evening. Needless to say I hired him. He came right out and got to work. He checked my septic tank to make sure it wasn't full and then snaked the septic line. Well, I definitely had roots and he cleared them right out and made sure that the pipe was completely cleared before he left. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable plumber who would not only fix the problem but won't charge you an arm and a leg. From here on out I will only be calling Rooter-Man for all my future plumbing needs.
