Jay is very personable and cares about the satisfaction of his customers. The work was done in two steps because of conflicting projects, which was no problem. The work was done and their clean up was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jay was fantastic and professional. He estimated the project, and within two days his crew was here to install a sump pump. The crew worked quickly and neatly. I couldn't be more pleased.

Jay was great to work with. He walked through the options when he came to look at my basement and garage. We were getting water in both and did not know how to make it stop. They came and started the work quickly and it only took them about 2.5 days. The guys who actually did the work were amazing and stopped and asked me questions when they needed to, and showed me things along the way. They worked fast and very clean and made sure that they left the basement, garage, and outside cleaner then they found it! Thank you guys! no water since this was installed! Great work!

This contractor did such a great job at the first property, we hired him for another job. Went above and beyond on both jobs, was communicative at every step of the way, and price was very reasonable. We will definitely work with Jay and his crew in the future!

Even though there was no actual work involved, Jay was willing to take on our little job. He was polite, put everyone involved at ease, answered all questions and was upfront with what he would and would not say in his report. Owner/salesman Jay put my wife completely at ease. Jay has responded to any and all questions. Minor points: 1- each sump pump has to be supported by a seperate, dedicated line - may require addtional cost to hire a qualified electrician, 2- :cosmetic" items are not replaced by workmen i.e. - coverings for baseboard heating units. Original time estimate - 3 days - actual 1 day! 6 men worked non-stop (a short lunch break) arrived @ 9 AM, departed @ 7:00 PM. Obvious teamwork involved and great to witness. One of the most productive and trustworthy contractors I have ever experienced.

Jay, the owner was great. Made everything right. He is the best sales person you could find and is a proud man. Can't go wrong with Jay. When Jay makes a promise he follows through, even if it's a year later, As far as Jay goes, he is A+.

The owner Jay, has a professional and calm demeanor. He explains everything with no high pressure or "fear" tactics. He uses the most 'approved method' for waterproofing your basement and stands behind it 100%. I have no concern that if an issue were to arise, Jay would be there to take care of it. His crew were outstanding, incredibly hard workers. Polite, respectful, clean, punctual are just a few rods to describe them. John (there crew manager) was excellent! Once the job was complete (at 8:30 PM!) he took the time to take me through everything. answer all my questions, and show me inside and out how the system worked. Stop looking! HIre!

Jay is the owner of the company, and I found him to be honest, sincere and always available. Whenever I called to ask questions, Jay answered the phone and spoke with me. He was also at the job site while the work was being completed and guaranteed all the work in writing. The job was completed on time and without a single problem, and his quote was the lowest of the four (4) companies that I interviewed. My basement is finally dry after years of heavy water damage.

I knew I wanted to hire Jay the very first day he visited my house. He was very professional and he thoroughly explained everything he was going to do. The quality I loved most was that he was never pushy. He gave us the best possible price and did not pressure us to hire him by lowing the price. I am very pleased with the work that was done. The crawl space was very low & hard to work in, but John finished in just a few hours and did an excellent job.

We brought this 70+ year old the house, the basement apparently has a long standing water problem. Jay, the owner of the compnay came to our house and insepected our basement. He is very detail oriented, patient and professional. His estimate is very competitive. He finished our basement in three days. His workers are nice and they cleaned the basement after they done. It has been rained for more than a month after Hurricane Irene and basement is dry. Jay is not pushy, he does not sale you anything you don'y need. He always returned my calls and explained all my questions. He stays with his estimate. I am very happy.

Jay Seltzer had us sold just from his presentation. He educated us well on how the system operates. The system was installed 1 week before tropcal storm Irene hit us. Although we didn't expect the storm when we ordered the sump pump system to be installed, it was the best test. After more than 5" of rain in 12 hours there was not one drop of water.
