Troy does not charge for a trip, and actually tries to solve the problem when he's there for the initial visit. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I was able to get in touch with him easily. He gave me a quote the next day & came out day after. It was the dreaded "washer boot replacement". He didn't mind me watching (I love seeing how things work, repair shows, etc). Great job & great price.
