I would rank them higher on the quality but it was just completed last night in a rental property so I haven't had enough time yet to better rate the quality. same with value. BUT, they were immediate and awesome. I had to get this done immediate during a cold snap and they called me right away and sent someone out by 9am. EXCELLENT service! They gave me a fair price for a new furnace and had it completed by that night. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Had some issues with my HVAC system freezing up, and was connected with AppleAire through HomeAdvisor.com. They contacted me within 2 minutes of submitting my request online! Todd came out the very next day to diagnose cooling problems with my HVAC system, and confirmed my previous suspicions of leaking coolant, and that it was likely somewhere within the condensing unit inside. He was very informative as he diagnosed the system and explained what he was finding along the way. The expense alone to fix made it likely more worthwhile to replace the unit, although it is only 11 years old (but admittedly not well-maintained on a regular basis). The cost for the diagnostic trip was a bit expensive at $199, but he did indicate if we needed any additional work done through them, that this amount would be credited toward any additional services provided. Todd was very professional and courteous and didn't seem to mind my flurry of questions. He said the unit could be fixed, but the question is if I would just be throwing good money after bad in the event more problems are encountered, and the fact that I am running a less efficient A/C and furnace then what I could get on the market today. I would consider hiring AppleAire again in the future, but I know they are located on the other side of town in Wheatridge (I am in Highlands Ranch). That could attribute to the higher charges for the travel maybe. Good experience overall. Thanks Todd!

Very good experience. Very busy this time of year but made time for our non-emergency concerns. Diagnosis was fast and accurate.

They installed a new Swamp Cooler and were professional and very considerate. They showed me how the system operates and answered all my questions. They also removed all of the old equipment.
