Terrible. The office was not open on the posted office hours (once friday evening and again saturday morning) and it was impossible to reach a live person to address the issue. The problem was that the property's fireplace (an integral piece of equipment in a ski place) was not working. On the second day, the management company showed up, looked at the fireplace, and left a note saying the problem was "deeper" and writing "sorry." No call. No offer to address the issue. No offer to compensate even after I made clear that the fireplace was a reason I selected the particular condo. I wrote a negative review based on the experience. Vail ceased to communicate with me further (or offer compensation) unless I removed the review. I said I would update it if/when we reached a tentative agreement on compensation. Never heard another word from Vail despite further emails. Too bad for the owner of the property I rented -- made them look bad. Highly recommend you hire a more effective and more customer-friendly management company if you want happy renters.
Description of Work: Vail Management Company was the property manager for a condo I rented in Vail March 7-11, 2014.
