Doug was very professional, punctual, friendly, and effective. He came to fix the water dispenser on my grandma's refrigerator after 2 no-shows from another contractor (not thru this site - was a large appliance store). Doug came out the next day in the time frame he specified and completed the job fairly quickly, which included making time to discuss the problem with me as well as go above and beyond by performing some long overdue cleaning of some fridge components both underneath and behind the unit. Would definitely use him again for any appliance type of repair needs.
