Audy and his team were fantastic

Audy Pedrianes fit me into their schedule even though they were booked to the end of the month. He was willing to take the time to troubleshoot the problem, even though it involved waiting for the furnace to shutdown after about 10 minutes. The drainage for condensation was not functioning properly so furnace was shutting down after only running a short time. After the repair he also took the time to ensure the problem was resolved by waiting a sufficient time to see that the furnace was working correctly.

Audy Pedrianes and his company have great integrity and know what they are doing. They are honest and fair and will tell you have to preserve your HVAC system for maximum capacity and longevity. I would strongly recommend you call them for your HVAC needs!

Audy checked all parts of the AC system and concluded the outside AC unit was in fact working just fine, but the cooling coil in the basement was not, then discussed all the possible alternatives on how to fix the problem. He also had a couple of suggestions on how to get more cool air to the top floor, one of them being very inexpensive. All previous AC companies had no suggestions other than adding a second AC unit and new duct work. When the AC finally quits working for good, I will definitely have Audy fix the problem.

They came over on August 19, and installed the new furnace housing and A/C. They were here over 6 hours, and the service was simply stellar. These guys, and this company, know what they are doing. They are competent, walk you through each repair, and are fair in pricing. And they are simply the nicest, most personable repair people I've ever encountered! They then walked my wife through the house, coaching her (and through her, correcting me!) that all the vents should remain open, and otherwise how to get the most out of the furnace and the A/C. Another huge things they did was, for free, they added an additional slab to the A/C unit outside, and reconstructed the furnace, allowing for a new filter entry as well. They even offered a new thermostat, for free. I couldn't be happier with All Climate Systems. They knew what they were doing, gave a fair estimate, and were really nice people. I've found my HVAC company for life!

Didn't have the required fuse on hand, but showed me what and how to replace it myself.

Audy fit me in before his next appointment and fixed the problem within an hour (clogged drain/piping). He was very friendly and gave lots of extra helpful information.

Audy was knowledgeable and very helpful when our AC went out. He was very knowledgeable, detailed, fair and honest. When we ended up needing a new ac, he was able to put it in the next day, which was amazing as it was very hot. Audi was very polite, professional and informative. My system had a faulty Xcel Energy switch, upon removing the switch, the unit started to run again. Audi double checked all the necessary system details and gave me a very fair price. I'll definitely call All Climate Systems for any future A/C or Furnace needs

Audy was very personable, professional and courteous. He was actually able to come earlier than he originally estimated - which worked out great. He provided us with a great deal of information about how the air conditioning system works and provided us with many tips on prolonging the life of our unit. He did not try to sell us anything extra and was very honest and upfront about all the charges before any work was done. He even put protective booties over his shoes while in our home which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them for all my future air conditioning and furnace needs.

Audy is very personable and did not try to upset me on a new system. He did the work as requested and then did extra work at no extra charge on my second system to fix a poor installation of my second AC unit, installed by the builder. He also made recommendations and dissuaded us from some items another company tried to sell us. He is not about trying to sell you something just to make extra money. He is a straightshooter.

Audy was great to work with!! They came out the day I called and reviewed the problem. I went with a new unit and it was installed the next morning. I could not have asked for better service. Audy fixed a heating problem with the ducts in my living room and that room has improved air flow. The work was professional, fair pricing and the service excellent. The owner of All Climate Systems, Audy Pedrianes, is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledable about his craft.He was always informative about what he was doing and how the furnace works. He gave us a thorough breakdown of the furnace choices available, various manufacturers and their pros and cons. After we made our choice in the price range we could afford, he scheduled our install for two days later. He showed up exactly at 7am per our agreement and with his two helpers, they made a quick and painless installation with even some extra enhancements to the original airflow of the ducting system. He and his crew did a great cleanup and they even took care with our two dogs upon leaving to make sure they were safely outside and water added to their bowl. I wholeheartedly recommend Audy with All Climate Systems to do any repairs or installs on your heating and cooling systems. They are awesome.
