workers were polite, careful with our belongings, and careful in their work. Overall, a very good job, and we are pleased with the outcome.

The floors turned out pretty well. There were some gaps that needed filling, and they could have removed the baseboards for a nicer look. Some of the darker original stain still shows.

Met with Dan who was pleasant and easy going - Information/estimate provided was clear and very fair - We were apprehensive doing this project and were pleasantly surprised to find that this project was affordable. Joyce (Dan's wife) followed up to monitor progress which gave us peace of mind. The crew that conducted the job were professional and functioned like a well-oiled machine. Job completed in less than 2 days. Really satisfied and would strongly recommend them to anyone thinking about refinishing their wood floors. The outcome was better than we expected! :)

The cost was reasonable. The overall look of the floors is so wonderful. A few little smudges at the baseboard, but very pleased overall. They showed up when they said they would. They finished the work sooner than they said they would. The guys were nice to work with.

We hired Footprints to refinish our hardwood floors. It started out fine but then the service was awful after that. We had just had all of our floor boards painted and after Footpritns came in they were completely ruined and had to be re-done. The finish was all over them, including the kitchen island, and they were scratched up. We spoke to the company about this and they were extremely unhelpful. They said that the service lady should have told us this could happen. We were NEVER contacted by any service lady before or after. They also did not put the fridge back like they were supposed to. We had to call and ask them to come back to do so. Side note, the freezer drawer will now not open and that has to be fixed as well. I think the floors look nice but the customer service is not worth it. Not to mention the extra $200 we had to pay to have the newly painted floorboards (literally only a week old) repainted. Not worth it! We called them to see if they could right these issues but never even got a call back. I am not one to write bad reviews but was so frustrated by all of this that I had to.

They did a good job at a fair price

1st crew sanded floor on 1st day. 95% dust free? Don't believe it. On 2nd day crew completed sanding and began to stain. They were not familiar with stain product and stopped. They would need to wait 24 hours to re-sand and stain with different product. Day 3 crew could not make it due to personal problems. 2nd crew was sent and did not like the first crews prep work so they filled the floor. They left to go get proper color stain @ 11:00 but did not return. Day 4 2nd crew showed up at noon to pick up their tools. I asked them if they were here to work and they said no. The 3rd crew showed up day 7 and did an excellent job sanding, filling cracks that other crews did not, stained and applied 2 finish coats all in the same day. A job that should have been done in a day or two turned into "hell" week. I was given a discount...that helped a little. My grass is still dead where the 2nd crew left their equipment for 24 hours on a 90 degree day. It will grow back eventually. Company needs to teach all of their crews to provide the same service as crew 3. Pay attention to details.

We used them for a refinishing, staining and urethaning. Our floors look fantastic - the crew was quick in and out, and our floors look brand new. Great work!

We worked with Ryan to set up the project and the installation went very smoothly. Our new hardwood floor is spectacular and we couldn't be happier. There were a few minor issues which were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. They also installed tile for our front and back door entry. I would definitely recommend Footprints Floors.

Work well done

The crew had a family emergency on the day they were to start but Ryan had another crew in the next day that got the project back on schedule and they did a great job. We would highly recommend them! The way to tell a good company is not if they have problems but how they respond to a problem and they responded in a professional and timely manner.

Foot prints both installed new and refinished old wood floors for all to match. We also contracted carpet flooring through them as well. Quality of the work was fabulous. Although there was a hiccup during the installation process of the carpet, the owner himself ensured that the job got back on track to meet our schedule. I would definitely use them again for any flooring need.

We were very pleased with our floor refinishing. They were very helpful with the moving of the furniture. They were punctual and worked very hard and quickly. We had to go out of town for the later part of the project and Ryan assured us that he would check the house and be sure that it was locked. The returned promptly after 10 days and replaced all rugs and furniture. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the communication with Ryan and the crew.

Footprint did what we asked of them. They cleaned up ever night, and stayed on schedule. A job well done.

This company estimate came in quite a bit less than the other top runner and I was a little nervous that it may be lower quality work for less money, but I was wrong! Jason and the Footprints team did an amazing job! I had some wood refinished and some newly installed. I am very happy with my floors. They were quick, trustworthy and professional. Highly recommended!!
