We had hardwood floors replaced not tile work. The crew was friendly and very willing to work with my very tight time schedule. They were professional and went far above my intended expectations. I was super impressed with the professionalism the workers showed. Within 30 minutes our old carpeting was gone and the beautiful hardwood was being cleaned up. They got the floor to look WAY beyond what I had expected. The guys even made up some oak thresholds for our rooms. Huge Kudos to Aaron and then the crew Rudy and Anthony. I will be using again for our kitchen in due time...Thank you Footprints!

Wow is all I have to say! Jason and the whole Footprints team are amazing! If you desire reliability, hard work, professionalism, AND great customer service, then this is the company for you! James is the guy who redid our hardwood floor, and he did amazing! Such a hard worker, courteous, and has the attention to detail we were looking for. He was always concerned that what he was doing is what we wanted, and that we liked the finishes we chose. Such a great team! Keep up the great work, Footprints!

Steve, who came and gave me the quote was very knowledgable and had some good suggestions. My floors look better than I thought they would.

I would recommend Foot Print Flooring to anyone that needs flooring at a reasonable price and professional work. I had my nasty carpet replaced with wood flooring and was impressed from start to finish, starting with Mark and ending with Eric and the young men he had to work with him. I will be calling Mark again for carpeting my bedrooms.

Customer service was amazing. They were very fast and got the work done swiftly and kept me updated through the entire process. I always knew what was going on and loved it. The only think I didn't like was the gloppy spots on the hardwood where I think they didn't smooth the finish correctly.

The refinished floor is beautiful! We are very happy with the stain and the finishing. The crew, Winter and Tony were on time to the job each day, and certainly knew the process.
