They did a good job for me, whatever it was.They just came out here for an hour. They were fine. The guy was real nice. He came out the same day I called him. He was one of the few guys who was willing to come out the same day. It was a fair price. I have some other jobs around here I need to do so I will use them again.

Perfect. Joe has done several projects over about a 4 year period. Always prompt and professional.

Mr. Jim Hirt, arrived at the scheduled time and introduced himself as a representative of American Joe. He asked about the service to be performed and I escorted him to the kitchen. He was very professional in his demeanor and immediately went to work on removing the old disposal. Mr. Hirt explained he was going to replace a piece of the plastic pipe that led to the drain with a new piece. He then replaced the old Insinkerator Badger 5 with my new Insinkerator Badger 500. Once connected, he filled the sinks with water to test for leaks and then tested the disposal itself. Mr. Hirt was very considerate of my property and the job was completed in approximately one hour. He provided me an invoice with the final bill of $92. I was extremely pleased with his personable attitude and professional skills. I would definitely recommend American Joe to future clients.

This provider used what is probably a contract plumber. Having used this plumber through American Joe once before I called him for the hot water heater installation. The plumber, Jim Hirt, had a busy day and arrived at my house in the late afternoon. He is personable, full of great information and, has both times done an outstanding job!

Joe is my "go to guy" whenever I am in need of a handyman. He's always done a good job for me and is very dependable.

Joe was very punctual, pleasant and professional. Because of time constraints on both sides, we were unable to work through my needs at the time however, I was very impressed and confident with him and would definitely hire him in the future as well as recommend him to others.

Do not use American Joe for your plumbing needs. American Joe installed a water heater I purchased from Lowes. His company did a lousy job installing the unit, sitting it on a flimsy pallet and crossing the top water lines so they look like a pretzel. The price included installation and removal and he did not take the old one! He implied taking more money to make things right. I asked for a refund of the removal portion of my payment, yet he had no idea what percentage that may be. It took me many phone calls and ten (10!) days for them to come back and finally remove the old one! I asked Lowes to stop using them to protect future customers but they would not. Use anyone else but American Joe for plumbing. His can't do attitude, lack of desire to make things right, and unsubstantiated pricing make me think Un-American Joe may be a better name for his company.

Worker showed up on time, performed the job in a timely and efficient manner, and cleaned up after. This is the second time I have used American Joe for a project, and have been very happy with them.

The job went great!

They did a decent job, but they would come and work for a couple of hours, then leave and not show up again for a day or days at a time. They left all materials in the middle of the living room. It took nearly 6 weeks to get the job completely finished, and they did not clean up their materials when they finished.

He came out and looked at the job for the estimate. He said he would have his plumber come out to look at the job the next day, as well. I have not heard from them since they came out for the estimate.

The diamond hole gutter covers were purchased at Home Depot and I was told they just snapped into place but workers drilled holes in gutter edges and used metal screws to ensure they stay in place. I felt it was a good idea when they asked and they spent quite a bit of time at no added charge. Richard Lawrence

No work was done because he said the "Listing Catagory" was INCORRECT!!!!!

The rates seem unreasonable in comparison to the two small jobs I need done. They gave the estimate by phone the next day but wanted to charge me $140.00. He did get the dates mixed up for our estimate appointment. It took a couple of call backs to get the appointment date finally set up after a no show and a few unreturned calls. He was kind and courteous when we did interact for the estimate.

The first visit was to gauge the instruments needed; they were very friendly and professional, and there was discussion to determine what the client wants. They returned the same day to complete the job. There was emphasis on service.
