Alex was professional, timely and well informed.

After submitting a lead with Home Advisor I was promptly contacted by Alex from Tri-Lakes Appliance repair. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give a preemptive diagnosis of the problem I was experiencing with my refrigerator. He was exceptionally accommodating for scheduling a service trip time. He arrived when scheduled and quickly diagnosed, explained, and rectified the problem. He left me feeling much more knowledgeable about how my system works and more importantly he left me with a properly functioning refrigerator. I would highly recommend and will likely request service again in the future. David B

My call was answered promptly and the business was very professional. A fast time slot was found for me, and the serviceman arrived in time. Everything was done with quality and the price was as quoted. This was a service call to replace my garbage disposal.

The refrigerator part of our side-by-side combo stopped working. So, we needed a repairman to come out quick so we didn't have additional issues/costs with food spoiling. We had Tri-Lakes Appliance come out and repair it for us. They were quick to respond, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great work and customer service. We'll definitely consider them in the future. We thought the prices were reasonable.

We have had these guys out twice, once for the washer and once for the dryer. Both times the repairs were made quickly, costs were reasonable, and we were told our machines were in great shape and did not need to be replaced.

Great service- prompt, friendly, knowledgable, great work

Repairman arrived on time (little early actually) and took a conservative approach to my oven repair. i.e. made an adjustment not requiring big bucks. Said he'd return without a service call charge if that adjustment didn't fix the problem. Friendly and explained everything. Couldn't ask for more.

Pleasant and quick

He did come out very quickly and was very nice, but he wasn't able to fix my microwave door. The parts weren't available anymore from his vendors even though my KitchenAid microwave is only 8 years old. I had given him my model number through HomeAdvisor, etc. ahead of time. So I suggest that you ask them to check availability of parts before they come. I paid $90 and did not get my microwave repaired.

Got my ice maker back to function quickly.

Fast, reasonably priced service.

This company was efficient at first. Their initial charge was higher than most by $20. The first ice maker did not work. They replaced it. After that one didn’t work they would not deal with that. They ignored my calls and dropped the ball totally. I wouldn’t recommend them based on poor customer service.
