RADON TESTING: I paid $115 for a Radon test on behalf of my clients and buyers. The price was great. Timing is the problem. The test results were over a week in coming back to us. Every time I called the person on the phone did not know of the test being done and then they finally said it did not make it to the lab. The other agent called and yelled at them, it suddenly appeared. No reason the test results should take longer than 48-72 hours at most.
