 + -1 moreBrian Locke and associates were wonderful! They were quick and thorough. They explained what they were doing and why, answering my questions patiently. They gave me an estimate that was accurate and had no hidden costs. And they cared! Only bad part? It was a little tough to get a hold of them via phone. (And I wish I had been told I could add antifreeze to the system when it was done initially, instead of for hundreds of dollars more later. I would have requested the antifreeze go in right away!) I appreciate that they are family-owned and operated, and it's a local business. Nothing better than working with good neighbors!
Description of Work: They repaired the heat line (for hot water heat) and replaced worn-out valves. They welded shut the break in the laundry room line. Then, they made sure the lines were bled, the system again self-contained, and the water replaced. They also vented the furnace properly, since they noticed it was incorrect.
