Derek was fantastic. He provided a fast quote on replacing my central air unit. Derek made me feel more comfortable by taking his time and explaining everthing to me. Not to mention controls price was the most competitive. My family and I are now comfortable and cool this July of 2018 thanks to control all mechanical. I would highly recommend this company to take care of your hvac needs.

Nice guy, good job. I had to bug him about confirming the dates of service but once he confirmed he was right on time. Furnace inspector said it was a very good job.

Derek Dooley did an outstanding job of summarizing costs, explaining procedures, and showing us....in detail.....how the system works, both before and after the installation of a new boiler and peripherals. We definitely had a great experience with Control All Mechanical.

Derek is a lot better than other professionals in the area, he is knowledgeable and very personable as well. Derek gives a reasonable price, most professionals tend to jack their prices up; not Derek. The professional is clean, his works great.
