Rob was great! He called and followed up to schedule a home visit and a quote in a very timely manner. The work was initiated by Rob and his crew and was completed as scheduled. Rob updated us as the work progressed and answered all our questions. Rob made sure we had the phone # and knew how to follow up just in case there were any problems.

Friendly professional service. Rob and his crew came in and explained what would be done. They proceeded to do the job. Afterwards they consciously cleaned areas throughout the houde they felt was left by them on the floors. We appreciated the education on how all of this worked and encouraged us if there were any questions feel free to be in contact. Thank you Rob.

Rob called on my request for remediation immediately, and by the way, no other Radon company called me back from this site! We had failed a radon test with an inspection to sell our home. Square One scheduled to look at the project right away and was timely with the estimate. Soon after, the work was performed efficiently and with the least visible "intrusion" as possible in the basement space. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend. (I am in AZ but scheduled this for a home in Glenwood)
