Description of Work: I had $100 deductible for windshield replacement. Safelite accidentally cut into a totally non-important sliver of metal while removing the old windshield. I'd have to take out the windshield in order to even see the little nick. But they called in a mobile welding guy from a body shop to repair it, and then waived my $100 deductible. I should be mad that they nicked the metal strip, but how can I be when they fixed it and then waived the deductible? The Manager and the technician both apologized. Their workmanship in putting in the new windshield was great, and their honesty even greater.

Description of Work: They were friendly and attentive. They came out and replaced the windshield at my home. I had an issue w/ something on the window and they fixed it and replaced an antenna that they happened to cut a wire. Very nice and took care of all issues that I had. Thank you.
