I was disappointed at being charged 500.00, when the problem was only some loose wires in a junction box. I had taken the initiative to replace two receptacles , and checked the circuit breaker, thought maybe a mouse had chewed wiring in a wall, or something similar, needing an ectrician to trace. Feel I should have been charged at most half the fee, considering he found a loose wire I overlooked.

Arrived late on every occasion. Dispatch failed to call on status of arrival several times.

Did job well and price was fair.

He did a good job and was very thorough in doing the repairs. They responded immediately and followed through as scheduled.

We now have the work finished and insulation added to attic. Everything is looking good.

I had a new furnace and air conditioning unit put in and all the employees I dealt with were very professional. They answered all my concerns about the install. I had Jason as my technician and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to others.

the tech spent 2 mins on majority of vents. 3 1/2 mins on cleaning air intake. we paid additional 200$ for cleaning sanitizing spray/fog. it smelled good for a couple of hrs. vents were much cleaner. cost was less than other companies and more for spray (fog.)

Bryan MacLean was the technician who installed new kitchen faucet and soap dispenser, and Installed a new toilet. He was very professional and thorough. Explained the details of what he was doing and finished in a timely manner. very good service fast friendly and professional. but extra expensive $296.00 to replace and existing wired smoke alarm in hall 296.00. cost the same as changing a reg outlet to a GFI in kitchen

Kyle and JD were personable and very professional. They showed what they were finding as far as obstacles to cleaning. I wish that they had had the ability to get into the smaller ducts in 3 of the rooms but the standard hose was too big. But they assured me that they got 95% of the system clean. They were great about moving some furniture out of their way and putting everything back. They arrived on time and were very efficient. They offered some suggestions to help eliminate the very fine dust that is a constant problem but there was no pressure to purchase. I really appreciated that. Overall a very good experience! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I really liked the crew that did the work; however, a salesman came out the day before and was pretty high pressure to sign up for their program. I don't appreciate that when I have one job in mind and will cover the rest as needed. Thanks!

They came out. We decided on a model, talked about price, agreed they started in 3 hrs and finished.

Estimate was done by service techs, duct cleaning by service techs with two machines. Very courteous, kept me and my wife updated with pictures.
