The electrician was very good and was able to suggest both a more appearing method of installation balanced with some cost savings. The work was done completely and with little impact to the household. What a little pricey, the quality was there.

The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I cannot leave a negative number. Their plumbing side is great, only because they kept most of the techs from Ben Franklin Plumbing when they bought them out. As for their HVAC side? I cannot believe they are still in business. I understand how the game works, you come to fix a problem but the true JOB is to UP-sale, to make any kind of a decent living. I am OK with that and on many occasions, that is a great service to the customer. However, once the up-sale is made and the product has been installed, that is when the **Customer Service** ends. In the almost 3 month period since my HVAC unit has been installed, with some parts missing, I have had 3 service call appointments to which no one showed up or called to inform us of a problem making the appointment, even after confirming the day before. Once a technician finally did arrive (on the 4th appointment) the AC unit no longer cools at all. It was not working as it should, which is why the service call was made in the first place, as well as making sure the parts that were not installed initially were going to be, a little over 2 months ago. The price of the unit was a lot more than expected, but I figured that if the price was any indicator of the product, this was going to be a good one, I was WRONG. The wiring outside of the unit eft just hanging without any kind of cable management, it looks like a young child did the job. Very unprofessional in job performance and service after the fact! I would not recommend them, even if I was paid.

The plumber Nando Salazar did an excellent job with repairing our pipe work. He was very courteous, professional, and thorough with the inspection and repair of the problem. He completed all of the work in less than one hour and on the same day we requested service. We would 100% recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. If you can, ask for Nando as your plumber. We totally recommend him.

The installers were on time, clean and professional, The installers observed social distancing and wore masks. I would definitely recommend Lion Home Service in the future.

How very special to have a man who has served his country in Afghanistan on 3 tours! Hour can you beat that? He is excellent in this job also and took his time and explained everything clearly. Hee also said he would be back to make sure the work was done to his liking and I am sure that is a good thing. Wes would be welcome in my home anytime.

Jake came out to our home, we were going to clean our ducts, however we noticed that our furnace is pretty old so we are getting a new furnace, whole house fan and duct cleaning! Jake was very professional and friendly!! We are loooking forward to the whole house fan this summer!!

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumming in Fort Collins CO. I chose them because someone was actually answering the phone and I wasnâ t leaving a message that might go unanswered. The Plummer did a wonderful job. He worked efficiently and explained everything I needed to know. Getting to the house took a little longer than I had anticipated, I think the person dispatching was trying to triage out multiple calls, and since my house was not flooding or sewer backing up, i may have been moved down the list. Not that big of a problem except they do advertise on being prompt.

TJ was professional and explained things in detail. He checked everything out thoroughly before and after the work was done. Would definitely recommend this company.
