Helpful, friendly and good sense of humor that made it all a pleasure to work with TJ.

I have a small electrical job to do called 3 companies. Lion Home Service was the only 1 to call me back. Theo came out to look at the job and give me an estimate. Theo was very professional, knowledgeable pleasant. I have scheduled them to come back, hopefully, tomorrow, install my new light! I would recommend them.

Mike did an outstanding job for me. He and his company responded quickly to my needs for a new Water Heater and provided exceptional work and even went beyond to the call of duty to provide documentation for warranties and insurance claims I had to file. I appreciated their professionalism!

They did the electric work but somehow got insulation on the floor when they had to make a whole. We have tried to make contact with no reply several times. Latest, we were told the lady that deals with complaints aren't there. its been a month. There was an animal that could have gotten sick if we did not notice it. It was not a small piece. Won't use again for future projects. They were the most expensive quote but thought they would be the most professional

I was extremely pleased with the service we received. It was comforting to have great people who are very caring and understanding of my Mother who is 94 years old. Living 2 1/2 hours away and trying to take care of her comfort was challenging to say the least and Lionel made is easy and reassuring. He showed me the conditioner and what he was checking and why air vents needed to be cleaned and how often to change air filters.

We were very blessed to have Jake Elliott as the tech. My wife and I are so happy that we contacted Lion and know they will have customers as long as we are in this house. Jake was awesome. He listened to our needs and we were shocked when he told us that a team will be here the next day. Lion and Jake were our guardian angels.

Charged a premium to send inexperienced kids out with no supervisor. Call center answers every time so impossible to reach a licensed professional when you have problems.
