Made an appt 2 weeks in advance Called 24 hrs before to verify They did not show up. They did not call. Businesses need to be held accountable for my time to sit and wait for no one to show up. Possibly take time off without pay is just as important as ures and if you cannot show up you should pay your customers.

Theo was an absolute professional. He was honest and professionalfrom the minute we made contact. Fixed my issue and will continue to do exceptional work for me. I look forward to doing more business with him.

Do not hire them !!!!!! .They are not reliable company. Did not show up for they appointment. .Did not call and reschedule. when I call them they move appointment for two weeks.

Unfortunately neeer systems come with more breakable parts and more expensive to replace. I appreciate all his time and input and correcting the error

This was a routine preventative service efficient completed. I liked the detailed report emailed even before he came up from the basement.Documentation was great.

Nicholas stayed all day to make sure the job was done right. I would have him back again. The dryer duct and the furnace ducts were in need of a clean out and he was very thorough.

Excellent work. My only reason for giving 4.5/5 stars was they had to cancel the first appointment and the second appointment, I was expecting them in the morning rather than mid-afternoon.

Liam and Gavin were both courteous, knowledgeable and very sympathetic to my sister who is under going cancer treatment. After Liam completed his job he made sure that the drainage problem was solved, it wasn't so he immediately called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and they sent out Gavin to clear the drains. All problems were solved quickly. The professionalism of these 2 companies was beyond compare. WE WILL use them any time we need too. Thank You Linda ( the service was for my sister Ruby)

I would give them 0 stars if I could... I called on Sunday sept 6th to set up an appointment because we was having a cold front coming in temps dropping from 99 degrees down to 34 degrees by tues night. We had no power to our thermostat and had just replaced the control panel to the furnace. They agreed that they could send someone out but not until Tues morning from 8-11. Perfect I will take it. Come Tues they call me around 10ish and tell me that they are running behind and that it would be more around 12-2. I was a little frustrated but understood. well, 2:30 comes and goes and I call them to see where they are at and was informed that my tech was picking up his tools from his last job and will be on his way. I waited until 4:30 and called them back and they transferred me over to dispatch, which I was informed that it was getting close to after hours and they were going to have to reschedule. I was livid, told them that since I had an appointment from 8-11 then I was expecting them to show up. Dispatch informed me that it was going into after hours and that they would be there around 630-8 pm. I told them fine. I have the elderly in my home and needed to make sure that they were taking care of. in the meantime I had received a call from Mariano to follow up with me to make sure that I had gotten someone out here to look at my furnace and told them that I was still waiting and had an appointment this morning. So I asked Mariano how soon he could be out to my house and he told me that he would call his dad and find out and then call me back. He did just that and I had Steven at my door in 15 minutes(5 pm) I then called Lion Home services back and canceled them to come out. I am glad that I had this second company come. I feel that they value customers over profit.

Technician was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Performed job better than expected. Very satisfied.
