The plumber never worked on the boiler. He insisted that we need a whole new boiler because of its age (although it has working fine just days before with no issues). It was obvious that there was a loose wire but he refused to look at it or work on it then says â then says that will be 200 dollarsâ . Unbelievable! Called a different plumber-he connected the wire back and charged us nothing!

We contacted Lions Home Service regarding the need for septic service. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and promptly arrive early in the morning. Liam was knowledgeable and friendly and it was refreshing to have such excellent customer service in today's environment. Andrea located our septic in a short amount of time and Mark installed our extensions for the stand out pipes. To have a company that was so friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and attentive to their customers is worth a lot in the world today. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs septic care.

Archie was a very knowledgeable and personable technician. He answered all questions and placed the mitigation pipes where they worked best for us. He did alot of work in 4 hours and we were very pleased with the outcome.

Their septic system guy was very knowledgable and honest about what was or wasn't needed.

Great guy and communicated well when he had to delay based upon a mechanical failure. He did a very thorough job and even had us flush twice when he was finished to make sure the line was clear and all was well. I had never had that happen before. I will definitely hire him again.

Professional, experienced, advices

Very pleasant and professional. Kind when I had to decline some services, performed the one I needed quickly and was good at explaining the process he'd use, the fix for the problem, etc. This problem was simple to diagnose and took very little time.

This was a sub contracted call however; Anthony the repair individual was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, making certain that he identified the problem to insure that moving forward there would be no further issues. Anthony was diligent in attending to the customers issue, listened and followed through until the job was completed.

I hired Lion to clean out my Dryer vent. Anthony came out for the evaluation, then sent a service person. They came and performed work. Unfortunately, the vent was still clogged following the repair. I phoned Anthony for help. He was reluctant to send help but promised someone from Lion would follow up. Iâ ve never received a return call in 3 months.

Handled everything for us in a VERY short time frame. Had a home closing we needed to get taken care of. They did the inspection and subsequent replacement of the septic system at our father estate quickly and in time to allow us to get it on the market quickly. Walked us through everything we needed to get done, marked out areas for the clear path to the location we need to clear for them and it was done before we knew it!

Ben Franklin plumbing was hired to clear the drain on a bathroom sink. The kid recommended hydro jetting, which is significantly more expensive than a simple snake. The cast iron drain pipes would have likely been damaged, resulting in very significant drywall removal and pipe replacement. I hired Royal-T and they were able to snake the drain in 5 minutes and confirmed that hydro jetting was not necessary. Lion Home services and Ben Franklin plumbing have been placed on internal DO NOT HIRE and will never be allowed to work on our properties again.

Great work but didn't complete all they said they would

The job was completed quickly and efficiently by a highly skilled electrician (Logan Stagg). He was very professional and courteous and explained the job very well before and after doing the work.

Friendly and knowledge

Wonderful team. Larry the guy on the phone was amazing with all my dumb questions. Andy Wolf the gentleman V that came and did the diagnosis on my system and gave me options was straightforward and honest. Then my installers Savanna Lucas and Tyler Leonard, great all the way around wholesome people showed me the ins and outs of my new hvac down to a quick run down on the new thermostat.
