Lion Home Service

Please do not use this company!! They said I needed to spend 7k on a new air conditioner- I called another company and they said it was froze up and to run my fan- works fine now. They charged me 137 for absolutely nothing!! I am a farmer and got totally ripped off by these guys. Stay away!!

Pleasant service tech. Very professional.

I am a valued partner; meaning I paid over $1000 to have discounts and VIP service from Lion Home Service for a year. I called them out about a sewer line leak. They did the diagnostics and said there is not a breakage, just a misplaced pipe. Easy to fit a new segment of pipe in they stated. They quoted me a price of $6900! I said I would dig out and expose the pipe for them. The project manager was advocating for me on the phone with his manager, who dropped the price to $4,900. I was advised to look elsewhere, and I hired another plumber who did the entire job digging and all for $3,800. And I am a PREFERRED CUSTOMER of lion home service. Never will call them again, and am advising everyone I know not to use them. I lived in Fort Collins for 30 years and know a bunch of people. Read my review about their roofing service. It was worse.

Prompt and know

Ben was personable and professional. I was in a bind to get the water heater fixed before leaving on a trip. Ben went the extra mile and called in his supervisor on late Friday night to get the replacement valve. I appreciated that extra service.

Quick should up fast.

Joe did a great job of replacing some recessed lights. He also installed a ceiling fan in the guest bedroom. I am pleased with the prompt service and Joe did a super job. I will call them again for future projects.

Ben Stephenson did a water heater flush and cleaned my bathroom fan. He did an awesome job.

The price has gone up but it was still quality service

To install 4 light switches that I purchased cost $322.50 is outrageous. I will not recommend them or use them again

They have put gutters and gutterguards on our house and garage so we used them to do our last building. They do a great job, on time and great to deal with.

This is the most awesome company with A-plus customer service and responsiveness! My 89-yr-old dad was panicking because his sewer was backed up and he had Christmas guests arriving today. I contacted the company through online chat last night (from Missouri!) at 6:30 pm and they came out on Christmas Eve morning and had his problem fixed by 10 am! On top of that they will follow up with him on Monday. Amazing! They will be our go-to company from now on!

Incredible customer service. Hoyt was professional and knowledgeable. Very very friendly. He repaired my leak and showed me not only what he was doing, but how to stay on top of this repair myself.
