Ananda responded well in time and had a quick turnaround time in fixing our dishwasher. He was able to quickly fix the problem and had our appliance back in working condition within 2 visits (first to diagnose and second to replace parts). He also suggested us to buy a leak detector to save us from any future damage, if any.

Very professional. Arrived on time. Explained what he was going to do and then did it. Actually made two trips to our home. The first to make sure he could do the work and the second the actual installation.

The problem was located and he was honest and professional about next steps. I appreciated that.

He picked up the part before he came over and found a less expensive refurbished part to help save me money, since he knew that was a concern of mine. He was also helpful and polite while in our home. I would definitely call him first for any future repairs on appliances.
