First off, they are a local business, with an actual brick & mortar building (ask that of most other roofing companies, trust me, itâ s rare), these guys are local and loyal, and to me, that makes all the difference! I have a unique situation, having an ACV policy (instead of normal RCV, which pays full replacement) I was extremely nervous of ever needing a new roof, I felt I would have to pay full out of pocket. And then I met Robert Maes, a project manager with FTC. He explained my policy type to me better than my insurance agent could. He knew from the beginning how he could help me, even given my unique policy. He guided me every step of the way, from initial claim, to doing all coordination with the adjusters, meeting each one personally on site, and even coordinated directly with my insurance. He always made time to go out of his way to meet me on my schedule. He gave me all the guidance I needed to make it simple. And on the day of the build, the crew was in and out in 1 day, and left it cleaner than it was before, not a single nail or scrap in the yard. You could not tell anyone had even been there, beside the gleaming new roof. Honestly was effortless from start to finish, I cannot say enough Robert Maes, Thomas Fisher (the owner), and the whole crew at FTC, it was the smoothest project Iâ ve ever done. We were in a real bind but Robert Maes entered the picture and took care of absolutely everything. Took off our solar panels and replaced the roof within a week of the home inspection! This person came out to give an estimate on a roof repair that I might have needed as a part of an ongoing project I had, when he showed up he was very cordial and attentive, then at the end of his assessment he showed me evidence of damage that might cause the roof to need to be replaced, long story short I had other contractors tell me this is not natural damage that it was man made. He intentionally damaged my roof, good thing it was only cosmetic.

Kendra did a great job as the Project Manager. Calls were returned, crews showed up on time and worked while they were here. Overall a great experience I would highly recommend this contractor.

Absolutely fantastic. High quality workmanship. Professional. Easy to work with. Removed and installed entire roof in less than 6 hours start to finish. Kendra was amazing to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable, very down to earth, and not one bit pushy. I'd give 6/5 stars if possible. I did my research, I'm pretty handy and really try to avoid contractors for home repair as much as possible - so I had an idea of cost of materials and labor. I got quotes from at least 5 companies and nearly everyone was 2x-4x what I was expecting. I was considering doing the entire project myself out of spite to those greedy and pushy contractors. To be honest, I was not looking forward to tackling an entire roof myself but I couldn't stomach spending several thousand dollars extra for something that I could *technically* do myself. That was until I started working with Kendra at Fisher Thompson. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She increased my knowledge of roofing and really explained every single thing.
