Fisher Thompson Construction was a pleasure to work with. Robert Maes was very thorough in his assessment of our home and was able to do all the heavy lifting with our insurance company. We were grateful for his expertise and his excellent communication. Fisher Thompson's crew was quick, professional and meticulous. Not only do we love the new roof, gutters and paint but all of our surrounding neighbors are enjoying their homes' face-lifts too!

Start to finish he was with us and was communicating the various steps and its progress. Matt managed our roof replacement due to some hail damage this summer. Fisher Thompson also helped replace our gutters. Matt specifically was always prompt and available for me and even came out when my insurance agent inspected our damage to ensure they caught everything. It was truly invaluable and assisted in ensuring our insurance agent captured all our damage not just the roof and gutters. All adjustments with my insurance company were handled properly and there was no pressure from Fisher Thompson to get extra work but they always offered work that was covered under our claim. Any changes or updates to the work was communicated to us and all work was done to my expectations as well as the county inspectors expectations. All workers were cordial, competent, prompt and cleaned up properly as well leaving no debris or mess behind. We highly recommend this company for roof and gutter replacements. They have our trust because they met and exceeded our expectations.

Having not much faith in contractors these days. It was an absolute pleasure in working with Fisher Thompson Construction. Robert Maes of Fisher Thompson was great to work with. He surveyed our hail damage and even filed my insurance claim with State Farm. Robert worked with the claims adjuster to make sure all damage was listed on the estimate. The roof repair was started about a week later and completed in one day. The new roof looks fantastic. We have solar panels that needed to be removed and Robert made sure they were reinstalled in a timely manner. Robert responded to my texts immediately when I had questions during the repairs. All through the process, Robert went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything being done. If you want to work with a professional, I highly recommend Robert.

Thomas and Matt were great to work with, clearly explaining the entire process and answering all my questions. They handled interfacing with my insurance company and insured there were no billing surprises. Bryce managed the project as a true professional and to my amazement a skilled crew completed my entire roof, skylight and gutter replacement in one day. Everyone was courteous and pleasant. Bryce also handled county inspections along with solar panel removal and reinstall. This is a small local Colorado company with a great reputation that I highly recommend.

Erobert Mses went above my expectations by locating a leak under the roof that was over my kitchen. I would have never known water had come in and rotted the wood. Robert had the crew pull out the rotten wood, replace it and put in a water barrier. I like when contractors fix things better than it was constructed. Robert Maes is extremely caring and committed to delivering quality service and products. I told my neighbor about him.

Well first of all I'm not a write a review type of person. With that being said, I had to write one for this company who went above and beyond the call of duty. Let me start with my family, who just lost two wonderful people. (My mother and father n law). I had at least 5 different representatives come to my door and try to sell me a new roof, which we needed. (Hail damaged neighborhood) Everyone except Robert was pushing for a sale. He wasn't as concerned about the obvious (the roof) as much as being engaged with what our needs were moving forward in life with such a loss to our family. He spent so much time checking in on us and make sure we were okay. Always asking us if there's anything he could do. Also I'd like to add he never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. You know how it can get. Trying to upsell you things you may not really need and going after your insurance company for more money just because they can. None of that happened with Robert. He values life, people, family, his Lord and savior, his job, and I just can't say enough good things about this man. He truly was a blessing in our life at that moment!!! He took care of everything!!! Being in Construction for 30 years myself I honestly haven't seen enough good, hard working, honest men or women with his kind of integrity. Truly a good human being and the world is definitely in need of more people like Robert. I could not have completed this job with anyone else given our unique circumstance we as a family were going though at the time. His patience and kindness were exactly what my wife and I needed at that moment to conduct any type of business. So if you're looking for just the right guy, look no more. Thanks again Robert.
