They charged me $95 for a $7 belt. At Home Depot Also around $200 for a $35 pump Bill

They were able to come out to my home the same day that I called them and I appreciated that. Their office also followed up after the repair was completed which I thought was good customer service.

Showed up on time, did the work requested, plus some other recommendations for upgrades that always adds much more than you would expect for a simple upgrade. Overall, did ok but I did have to clean up wax ring mess of tile floor. $500 to do a flange that needed to be replaced on a toilet that took an hour to do? They did negotiate a better rate when I flipped out over that price.

It was cheaper than other big name plumbers but still expensive for how long the repairs took.

Larry, the owner, gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description of the repairs I needed. The technician, paid by the hour and not on commission, found my description to be accurate and honored the estimate. I probably paid about half what I would have paid one of the big companies that advertise on TV. I'm very pleased to have found a go-to plumber for repairs that exceed my abilities.

Prompt and professional

I thought the price was a little high for the amount of work to be done. $700 to install a kitchen faucet that we had purchased and to fix a leak in the toilet. Two technicians for roughly 1 - 1.5 hours.

I ended up paying extra for parts and services that wasn't needed. I tried to call them and ask about it but they were rude and wasn't trying to help me in anyway.

Very friendly technician

He was nice and helpful, however the issue was not entirely resolved. We were left with water leaking through the ceiling, a broken valve, and the inability to turn off the water.
