Squeaks Services exceeded every expectation I had for service and workmanship. I contacted Home Advisor about 7pm for a referral, and was called within 5 minutes of request. A plumber was onsite at 8 am the next morning! Over the weekend (in-between the assessment and the scheduled replacement of my boiler), I also experienced a problem with the water heater. They were back onsite immediately to repair. Again, every person I talked with (all after hours) was incredibly responsive, kind and efficient. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and very courteous. They explained what they were doing and why every step of the way. Additionally, they kept the work space very clean, and when I saw the finished product, I couldn't believe it! Not only did they replace the boiler and fix the water heater, but they made improvements to the entire system to avoid future problems. From beginning to end, I just cannot say enough positive things about my experience. You won't regret calling them for service at your home!

the guys did a great job unclogging the main , but i rate them low because they were 4 hours late , so it made the situation a little hectic. also they were expensive

I hired them to fix a slow drain toilet. They decided I needed a full scope to find blockage. The visual scope revealed no blockage. I was then told to get a new toilet. I have a 1.6 gpf kholer. The replacement did nothing to fix the slow drain. So I spent $380 on this plumber and another $400 for a new toilet and still have same problem.

Everything was great! The only comment I would make is that I wished that the pro would have asked my permission before bringing the guy that works for HOA on the property in my condo. He just came walking in with him and I had no idea what was going on.

I thought it was expensive, but I didn't contact any other companies to get comparable bids, so I don't really want to say anything about their pricing. They really did a great job, were quick, clean, informative, and professional. Their work was exemplary; I had a gas line installed to service a gas range and the cost was $964. They did a great job, and the technician who installed the line knew what he was doing, and explained all the choices he was making.

They were very professional and courteous. Walked me through all my options before doing anything.

Very professional, didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. I would highly recommend them.

A few issues with the appointments. Otherwise perfect.

Requested service on a Thursday evening and had a pro on site within an hour. Travis was not only clearly an expert in his trade but also obviously enjoys what he does. Though he was late getting home, he took the time to explain what was wrong with our furnace and what all of our options were. The bad news is that we need a new furnace. The good news is that we had a new one installed less than 24 hours after the initial call. Though expensive (for us), I felt like we got a great value and have confidence in the new install. Would certainly recommend Squeaks and their team to anyone.

Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and helped me get a free repair part under warranty (which I didn't know I had;-) from the manufacturer and did the repair for a very fair price! I'd definitely hire Squeeks again!
