Excellent customer service. Very prompt contacting me and keeping me informed of the project progress. Charged me exactly what they quoted me. Showed up on time. Cleaned up when they were done. And stayed later than they expected to ensure the water heater was functioning properly and there were no leaks and the water was meeting the desired temperature.

They were on time, courteous, and friendly. They were up front with pricing, explained everything I needed to do and offered several options for what I could do that day. I couldn't do everything they suggested at the time, but they fixed the main issue I had that day (gas leak) and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again when I am able to do some of the less urgent things found.

Prompt and courteous, they cleared the drain quickly but I feel the service was a bit pricey for the short amount of time spent fixing a simple problem. Everything considered, I would invite them back when the need arises.

The guys were very polite and were right on time. They did a great job and explained all that they were doing. I thought it was overpriced but being a senior on a fixed income they gave me a 5% discount. Not much but every bit counts.
