Technician performed what I asked, which was to snake the sump pump drain line, but did not attempt to solve the problem, which was not discovered until after they left.

Brian was the tech that came out on a Saturday afternoon to fix the attachment for the water heater safety tank. It was a complicated repair but he still got it done within 2 hours and his work was first rate. All at a fair price, too. It's a relief to have a go to company for after hour emergency repairs!

The person who did the repairs was very good at finding the problem and fixing it quickly. I will use this company again for my plumbing needs.

At first, Jay advised me to have the previous plumber I had hired to clear my sewers and get them to re-do the job. In addition, he said if the blockage was underground, the mobile home park management would be responsible for it. Management refused to come out until I had made sure nothing was clogged under the trailer. I did not feel comfortable calling Roto-rooter again, so I called Colo. Heating and set another appointment to have them complete the job. Jay arrived an hour before scheduled, checked under the home, and told me what the problem was. He arranged for a helper to come out because, he's a big guy and couldn't get into the tight spaces. Within 2 hours, help arrived, and in about 45 minutes the problem was fixed. I would like to thank both Jay and Mike for their prompt and courteous service. It's really good to know that there are still some places that provide the service they promise. I will definitely call on them again.

April from scheduling called within 30 seconds! Got us scheduled first thing the next morning and our tech was the best! Stayed until it was done so we had water for the new year. We had issues we didn't even know about.....until we saw them. Now we are set for years to come the job was done well and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Will be calling them back for hvac work planned for spring. Thanks for everything!
