+ -1 moreBought a 2008 resale home in Erie. Roka Mechanical plastered on furnace. Have nothing but problems with the duct work and HVAC system due to improper installation. Very undersized duct work. Not sure how any of it passed code. Do not recommend.

+ -1 moreThis was a real nightmare! During the construction of our new home we met with Roka on numerous occasions and was assured that we'd get high quality materials and products. Once we moved in we discovered that the quality of the work and products used were very low quality. For example, the ducts the basement pop whenever the heat is on. Incorrect parts were installed. The bath fans so noisy that I had to replace them at my own expense. The air conditioning system where not properly installed so the air conditioning system was nearly inoperable. We've been over a year trying to get the heating and AC system working properly. Avoid this company!!
